一次性支付的款项，逾期天数计算自协议约定的付款日次日起至实际支付日前一日为止；例如：协议约定付款日为7月3日，实际支付日为7月10日，应计天数为6天。

其他持续发生的款项，逾期天数计算自“付款通知书”要求的最后付款日次日至实际支付日前一日为止；例如，最后付款日为7月15日，实际支付日为7月20日，应计天数为4天。

如一直未支付，则计算至“催款通知书”发出日，催款通知书每月发送一次，逾期利息累计加总，直至归还；

English Translation:

For one-time payment items, for the purpose of calculating lateness, the number of days shall be calculated, according to the agreement, as being from the day after the payment date specified to one day before the actual date of payment; for example: if the payment date specified in the agreement was 3 July, and the actual payment date was 10 July, then the number of days that would be calculated would be 6.

For continual payment items, for the purpose of calculating lateness, the number of days shall be calculated from the day after the latest payment date specified in the “Notice of Payment” to one day before the actual date of payment; for example, if the latest payment date was 15 July, and the actual payment date was 20 July, then the number of days that would be calculated would be 4.

If payment is consistently not made, then calculation shall proceed according to the date on which the “Reminder Notice” has been sent, the Reminder Notice shall be sent once per month, and overdue interest shall continuously accumulate until payment;
